Ten gallons of locally produced maple syrup went into making this flavorful, yet easy drinking brown ale. Dark, nutty and finishes with an unmistakable maple flavor.
6.2% ABV, 15 IBU

Harvest Saison

Pilsen and Vienna malt combine with Chinook & Amarillo hops and a touch of Lemongrass to create this Belgian-style pale ale. Both fruity and spicy, this saison has a semi-bitter, dry finish.
5.4% ABV, 40 IBU

Grandma’s Pumpkin Pie Ale

Mild bitterness and pumpkin spice makes this brew a unique malty autumn ale.
5.8% ABV, 18 IBU

Oktoberfest Lager

Our version of this classic fall lager features Red X malt for a smooth malt flavor and just enough hops to give it a crisp finish.
5.6% ABV, 21 IBU

Morning Fog MochaJava Stout

Big in color, smooth in taste.  Dark roasted malted barley is utilized to produce the coffee and chocolate flavors which dominate this light-bodied stout.
Served on a nitrogen tap for a rich, creamy head.
4.3% ABV, 27 IBU

Log’s Julius Cream Ale

The addition of orange blossom honey and sweet orange peel provide and unique ‘twist” to this easy-drinking cream ale.  The initial flavor has layers of sweet orange while the finish has a clean bitterness provided by the hop and orange peel additions.

Gunter Glieben Glauten Globen – American Imperial Pilsner

Golden in color with a distinct Pilsner aroma, its initial intense hop bitterness is mellowed by an almost exclusive Pilsner Malt backbone. The Sazz dry-hop adds to this beers unique profile.
8.3% ABV, 33 IBU

New Moon Summer Belgian Pale

A non-bitter, easy-drinking Belgian style pale ale.  Lemongrass, sweet orange peel and chamomile are special additions to this brew giving it a subtle, yet unique flavor profile.
4.4% ABV, 10 IBU

Sparkle American Lager

Our homage to the original “Petoskey Sparkle” brewed by Petoskey Brewing from 1898 until 1915.  Wheat and four special malts combine with three different types of hops to create a super clean, easy drinking lager.
 4.1% ABV, 12 IBU

Mind’s Eye P.A (I.P.A.)

Burnt copper color and giant hop aroma come to the forefront in this traditional American IPA. Rich caramel malt and red wheat balance the dry bitter finish of this full-flavor craft brew.

Horny Monk Belgian Dubbel

A deep reddish, malty, and complex Belgian style ale. Six different types of malted barley, Belgian candied syrup and Belgian yeast are combined to produce a very smooth, complex and slightly sweet ale.

Red Brick Hard Cider

A traditional semi-sweet hard cider made with a unique blend of Michigan apples.  It’s slightly spicy and has a fresh apple aroma.  Hard cider is gluten-free.
