Brad’s Hard Root Beer (Avail. JUL 3)

Don’t let the flavor fool you, this is not your traditional root beer. Fired brewed and fermented here at the brewery, this hard root beer has traditional aromas and flavors yet packs a punch.

Petoskey Rye Saison

A beer style that originated from beers brewed during the cooler and less active months in farmhouses in the French-speaking region of Belgium and then stored for drinking by the farm workers during the summer months. Our version of this beer utilizes traditional Saison ale yeast and rye malt.
6.7% ABV, 35 IBU

Ryeght of Passage Pale Ale – Nitro

Not your traditional pale ale. This brew uses rye malt and is on nitrogen. Get ready for a unique experience with a very smooth yet bitter mouth feel.
6.1% ABV, 78 IBU

Fist of Darkness Triple I.P.A.

Similar malt profile to our Stinkfist Triple IPA, but with the addition of a little midnight wheat for color and slight roastiness. If you’re a fan of hopped-up craft beers, this is the I.P.A. for you. This high-gravity I.P.A. uses Centennial, Nugget and Crystal hops for aroma.
10.5% ABV, 94 IBU

Michigan Cherry Wheat

Refreshingly tart, distinctively cherry!  Brewed in the classic Berliner Weisse style and utilizing Michigan’s Kings Orchards Montmorency tart cherry concentrate for a pure Michigan summer ale.\
4.2% ABV, 5 IBU

Sour Guy – American Sour Ale

Reminiscent of a traditional Berliner Weisse but with no wheat in the grain bill. American sour ales are introduced to “wild” yeast or bacteria.  In the case of Sour Guy, lactobacillus was introduced to impart a clean tartness to an otherwise easy-drinking ale (Party Guy).
4.1% ABV, 3 IBU

Badazz Monkey Barley Wine

Classified as a barley wine because it can be as strong as a wine; but since it is made from grain rather than fruit it is, in fact, a beer. Sweet flavors of caramel and toasted malt are offset by a clean, bitter finish.
12% ABV, 53 IBU

Brain Freeze Waffle Cone Raspberry Cream Ale

This unique ale has actual waffle cones added into the mash. Very slight hints of this ingredient can be picked up in the finished beer. More prevalent are the fruit notes from the addition of fresh raspberries added during fermentation. the low IBU makes this an easy drinking ale.

7.0% ABV, 15 IBU

Trophy Wife Blonde Ale

Light in color and easy to drink. A classic blonde ale made with Pilsner malt and wheat.
4.2% ABV, 13 IBU

Tucker’s Pale Ale

A crisp and refreshing American pale ale.  It has a deep gold color with a bright hop bouquet.  This light and drinkable semi-bitter beer echoes the bold hop aroma of an IPA due to sizable Cascade dry-hopping.
5.1% ABV, 40 IBU

Up in Smoke Porter

A truly unique porter. Brewed with copious amounts of Smoked Malt and balanced with Chocolate Malt and Midnight Wheat additions. This blend delivers a balance of smoke, chocolate and coffee that’s rich and flavorful without being overwhelming.
7.2% ABV, 30 IBU

New Moon Summer Belgian Pale

A non-bitter, easy-drinking Belgian style pale ale.  Lemongrass, sweet orange peel and chamomile are special additions to this brew giving it a subtle, yet unique flavor profile.
4.4% ABV, 10 IBU

Sunny Daze Hefeweizen

This traditional style German Wheat Beer is fermented utilizing German ale yeast and is dry-hopped with German Hallertau Hops.  This clean-finishing ale has aromas of banana and clover.  In the tradition of Hefeweizen, this beer is unfined and unfiltered which gives it a natural cloudy appearance.
4.8% ABV, 18 IBU

Sparkle American Lager

Our homage to the original “Petoskey Sparkle” brewed by Petoskey Brewing from 1898 until 1915.  Wheat and four special malts combine with three different types of hops to create a super clean, easy drinking lager.
 4.1% ABV, 12 IBU

Mind’s Eye P.A (I.P.A.)

Burnt copper color and giant hop aroma come to the forefront in this traditional American IPA. Rich caramel malt and red wheat balance the dry bitter finish of this full-flavor craft brew.
6.7% ABV, 74 IBU

Horny Monk Belgian Dubbel

A deep reddish, malty, and complex Belgian style ale. Six different types of malted barley, Belgian candied syrup and Belgian yeast are combined to produce a very smooth, complex and slightly sweet ale.
6.9% ABV, 20 IBU

Red Brick Hard Cider

A traditional semi-sweet hard cider made with a unique blend of Michigan apples.  It’s slightly spicy and has a fresh apple aroma.  Hard cider is gluten-free.
