Hopsessed Double I.P.A.

Hold on to your taste buds & make sure you have a designated driver!  This mouth-exploding double I.P.A. starts with the unique citrus aroma provided by a 100% Simcoe dry hop.  The high bitterness is slightly toned down by the caramel sweetness imparted by the large quantities of malted barley needed to achieve such a high ABV. (Limited time only!)

Hopscenity I.P.A.

Aromas of woodsy pine are front and center in this 100% Simcoe dry-hopped brew.   Golden in color this unfiltered India Pale Ale is complex yet has a refreshing flavor profile.
6.0% ABV, 65 IBU

Petoskey ESB

ESB, or Extra Special Bitter is lighter in color and body with a firm hop bitterness. Our ESB features all English malts, hops, and yeast keeping true to the style. Don’t let the bitterness in the name fool you, this is more smooth and less bitter than the American style Pale Ale.
5.1% ABV, 40 IBU

Lil’ English Mild

This true English Style is a malt forward, lightly hopped ale featuring all English malts, hops, and yeast. The English Malts evoke notes of biscuits, toasted bread, toffee, and faint notes of chocolate and caramel. The low alcohol and carbonation bring the malt to the forefront in this easy drinking ale.
3.7% ABV, 15 IBU

Brain Freeze Waffle Cone Raspberry Cream Ale

This unique ale has actual waffle cones added into the mash. Very slight hints of this ingredient can be picked up in the finished beer. More prevalent are the fruit notes from the addition of fresh raspberries added during fermentation. the low IBU makes this an easy drinking ale.

7.0% ABV, 15 IBU

Morning Fog MochaJava Stout

Big in color, smooth in taste.  Dark roasted malted barley is utilized to produce the coffee and chocolate flavors which dominate this light-bodied stout.
Served on a nitrogen tap for a rich, creamy head.
4.3% ABV, 27 IBU

Sparkle American Lager

Our homage to the original “Petoskey Sparkle” brewed by Petoskey Brewing from 1898 until 1915.  Wheat and four special malts combine with three different types of hops to create a super clean, easy drinking lager.
 4.1% ABV, 12 IBU

Dark Knight Black IPA

An amalgamation of styles.  Chocolate malt and roasted wheat provide dark color and malty complexity.  Summit hops impart the fresh aroma and dry bitterness.
5.5% ABV, 74 IBU

Mind’s Eye P.A (I.P.A.)

Burnt copper color and giant hop aroma come to the forefront in this traditional American IPA. Rich caramel malt and red wheat balance the dry bitter finish of this full-flavor craft brew.
6.7% ABV, 74 IBU

Horny Monk Belgian Dubbel

A deep reddish, malty, and complex Belgian style ale. Six different types of malted barley, Belgian candied syrup and Belgian yeast are combined to produce a very smooth, complex and slightly sweet ale.
6.9% ABV, 20 IBU

Red Brick Hard Cider

A traditional semi-sweet hard cider made with a unique blend of Michigan apples.  It’s slightly spicy and has a fresh apple aroma.  Hard cider is gluten-free.
