StinkFist Triple I.P.A

If you’re a fan of hopped-up craft beers, this is the I.P.A. for you.  This is a very limited edition, small-batch, high gravity, high bitterness brew that is sure to redefine your idea of an Imperial I.P.A.  Piles of Chinook hops are added to the boil to impart the well-rounded, dry, bitterness.  A proprietary blend of hop extracts are additionally added to provide the unique, in-your-face, aroma.
11.9% ABV, 147 IBU 

MoJo Ryesing – Rye I.P.A.

Amarillo hops are used exclusively as the bittering and aroma hops in this special Rye I.P.A.  The finished brew exhibits an intoxicating dank aroma with spice and citrus flavors (grapefruit) and a lingering bitter finish.
5.8% ABV, 78 IBU

Log’s Julius Cream Ale

The addition of orange blossom honey and sweet orange peel provide and unique ‘twist” to this easy-drinking cream ale.  The initial flavor has layers of sweet orange while the finish has a clean bitterness provided by the hop and orange peel additions.

Crystal Heth Hefeweizen

Made with Crystal wheat, Pilsen malt and Hersbrucker hops, this Hefeweizen exhibits aromas of barnyard and clove.  The addition of Crystal wheat makes this beer light bodied, refreshing and drinkable.
4.5% ABV, 25 IBU

Dark Sky Belgian Strong Ale

This Belgian Strong presents an aroma of pleasant fruity esters and an easy-drinking flavor profile with notes of raisin, black currant and dark fruit.
7.0% ABV, 28 IBU

Prunus Hopnus Apricot I.P.A.

Apricot aromas take center stage on this full-flavored  I.P.A.  The light malt profile and generous amounts of bittering hops give this ale a crisp, bitter finish.
5.9% ABV, 60 IBU

Hopsessed Double I.P.A.

Hold on to your taste buds & make sure you have a designated driver!  This mouth-exploding double I.P.A. starts with the unique citrus aroma provided by a 100% Simcoe dry hop.  The high bitterness is slightly toned down by the caramel sweetness imparted by the large quantities of malted barley needed to achieve such a high ABV. Brettanosaurus Saison

A beer style that originated from beers brewed during the cooler and less active months in farmhouses in the French-speaking region of Belgium and then stored for drinking by the farm workers during the summer months.  Our version of this beer utilizes traditional Saison ale yeast in primary fermentation and Brettanomyces in secondary fermentation.
5.6% ABV, 33 IBU

Dominator Doppelbock

Doppelbock is a stronger and usually darker version of the Bavarian Bockbier. It is exceptionally malty, with very little bitterness. Traditional German lager yeast was used in fermentation.
7.2% ABV, 22 IBU

Dockside Session I.P.A.

This refreshing session I.P.A. has aromas of citrus and sweet fruit imparted a 100% Glacier dry-hop. Its light color and dry bitterness are a result of utilizing lighter roast malts in the mash.
4.6% ABV, 65 IBU

Trophy Wife Blonde Ale

Light in color and easy to drink. A classic blonde ale made with Pilsner malt and wheat.
4.2% ABV, 13 IBU

New Moon Summer Belgian Pale

A non-bitter, easy-drinking Belgian style pale ale.  Lemongrass, sweet orange peel and chamomile are special additions to this brew giving it a subtle, yet unique flavor profile.
4.4% ABV, 10 IBU

Sunny Daze Hefeweizen

This traditional style German Wheat Beer is fermented utilizing German ale yeast and is dry-hopped with German Hallertau Hops.  This clean-finishing ale has aromas of banana and clover.  In the tradition of Hefeweizen, this beer is unfined and unfiltered which gives it a natural cloudy appearance.
4.8% ABV, 18 IBU

Sparkle American Lager

Our homage to the original “Petoskey Sparkle” brewed by Petoskey Brewing from 1898 until 1915.  Wheat and four special malts combine with three different types of hops to create a super clean, easy drinking lager.
 4.1% ABV, 12 IBU

North 45 Amber Ale

A complex, smooth drinking German inspired craft ale. Vienna, Munich, and Pilsner malted barley are combined with an all-European hops resulting in a deep amber color and rich flavor.
5.8% ABV, 25 IBU

Mind’s Eye P.A (I.P.A.)

Burnt copper color and giant hop aroma come to the forefront in this traditional American IPA. Rich caramel malt and red wheat balance the dry bitter finish of this full-flavor craft brew.
6.7% ABV, 74 IBU

Morning Fog MochaJava Stout

Big in color, smooth in taste.  Dark roasted malted barley is utilized to produce the coffee and chocolate flavors which dominate this light-bodied stout.
Served on a nitrogen tap for a rich, creamy head.
4.3% ABV, 27 IBU

Horny Monk Belgian Dubbel

A deep reddish, malty, and complex Belgian style ale. Six different types of malted barley, Belgian candied syrup and Belgian yeast are combined to produce a very smooth, complex and slightly sweet ale.
6.9% ABV, 20 IBU

Red Brick Hard Cider

A traditional semi-sweet hard cider made with a unique blend of Michigan apples.  It’s slightly spicy and has a fresh apple aroma.  Hard cider is gluten-free.
